LANEHAM PARISH COUNCIL Minutes of the Parish Council meeting held at 7.00
p.m. on Monday, 2nd June, 2003 in the Village Hall
PRESENT:
Councillors Mrs B. Barber, Mrs. A. Clark, P. Beresford, F. Clark, and 2 members
of the public. It was proposed by Cllr. Mrs. Barber and unanimously
agreed that Cllr. F. Clark Chair the meeting. 1.
APOLOGIES Councillors Mrs. R. Whate, L. Sinclair and J. Cobb. 2.
DECLARATION OF PERSONAL AND
PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS None 3.
PLANING APPLICATION – Willow Tree Farm, Change of Use of Derelict Stable Block to
Garden Room and Study/Art/Music Studio. The plans were inspected and discussed. It was agreed that the development could only enhance the area by bringing this derelict building back into use. It was proposed by Cllr. F. Clark and seconded by Cllr. Beresford that the development be approved, this was unanimously agreed. 4.
ANY OTHER URGENT BUSINESS a)
Rampton
Hospital – there
is a Board meeting on 9th June at
2.30 p.m. information passed to Cllr. Mrs. Barber who had attended the
previous meeting. b)
New
Councillor Training –
Cllr. Mrs. A. Clark confirmed she would attend the meeting at Ollerton on 10th
July. Application form to be
completed. c)
Notices
– The
Clerk advised that notices are being removed from the Notice Board. Minutes and Audit Information had gone within days of being
posted. To be discussed further at
next meeting. d) Grass Cutting – Cllr. F. Clark stated Mr. R. Howard was cutting the grass at the Rampton Road entrance to the village and the council expressed their thanks for this. It is noted that the Stokeham Road entrance has still not been cut. e) Bus Shelter – will be spruced up this week by the scouts. f)
