LANEHAM PARISH COUNCIL

Minutes of the Parish Council meeting held at 7.00 p.m. on             Friday, 27^th September in the village hall.

PRESENT: Chairman Cllr. Mrs. R. Whate, Councillors Mrs. B. Barber, Mrs. A Clark, P. Beresford, F. Clark.  1 members of the public.

1.      APOLOGIES

Cllrs. J. Cobb and L. Sinclair.

2.      DECLARATION OF PERSONAL AND PREJUCIAL INTERESTS

None

3.      PLANNING APPLICATION, GREENGAGE COTTAGE, GARAGE EXTENSION AND INTERNAL ALTERATIONS.

Plans were inspected.  All Councillors fully supported the application there were no objections.

4.      PLANNING APPLICATION, HOLLY NOOK, SINGLE STOREY EXTENSION TO DETACHED GARAGE

Plans were inspected.  All Councillors fully supported the application, but it was noted there was no off road turning space.

5.      ANY OTHER URGENT BUSINESS

a)      Christmas Tree Lights – need replacing.  Need approximately 50 lights Cllrs. Mrs. A. Clark and Mr. F. Clark to obtain quotations before next meeting if possible.

b)      War Memorial – Sharp and Hoggard have still not done the commissioned work.  Cllr. F. Clark to follow up.

There was no other urgent business and the meeting closed at approximately 7.15 p.m.
